2014 Youth Baseball Camp


The California Winter League and the Palm Springs Power are excited to announce their 2014 Youth Baseball Camp Dates. The Youth Camp gives children the opportunity to come out to the Palm Springs Stadium for a 3-day camp in order to improve their baseball skills in a fun and professional environment. The camp is run by our Palm Springs Power Manager Harry Gurley along with several Power players during the summer. The participants will improve the following skills when attending our Youth Camp:

  • Conditioning
  • Stretching
  • Catching
  • Throwing
  • Sliding
  • Base Running
  • Fielding
  • Pitching
  • Hitting
  • Rundowns
  • Team Play
  • Sportsmanship
  • Discipline
  • Strength Training

We have a 3-day training camp that take place in the summer (June 24 – June 26). The camp starts and 8:00 AM and runs to 12:00 PM every day. We do offer discounts for those participants who sign up two campers at once. More information is available on the sign-up sheet below. Please fill out the attached form and either fax it (760-325-7206) or mail it (1901 E. Baristo Rd., Palm Springs, CA, 92262) to our offices. Sign ups are open until the start of camp or until all spots are filled.

      Hey I was wondering if you had any camps going on in August? Also is this open to anyone? We live in Alaska and come to Palmsprings twice a year

      Yes, the camp is open to all participants ages 5-14. And we unfortunately do not have any camps scheduled for August. We will take this into consideration for the future.

      When will you guys have another training camp for the kids ?

      Whats the cost for 3 boys ? 12 ,10 ,7 yrs old
